Where the network is the operation
An aircraft that has to be talked to. A vessel that has to be found. A payment that has to settle. A distribution that has to go out on time. These are the places where a connectivity failure is not an inconvenience — it is the incident, and somebody has to answer for it.
Two sectors where the outage has a name
Every sector on this page works to the same method: find the one failure the operation cannot absorb, then design against that rather than against a bandwidth figure. It is easiest to see in these two.
An aircraft that has to be talked to
Air navigation is the clearest case there is of a network that cannot be best-effort. The communications, surveillance and data links behind a control position are safety systems, and they are judged on the day they fail rather than the day they are installed.

A vessel that has to be found
Beyond the coast there is no terrestrial network, so vessel connectivity and coastal awareness both run over satellite. The same teleport that keeps a ship in contact also carries the observation data behind licensing and enforcement — which is why we would rather you bought both from whoever answers for the dish.

Same method, different failure
Financial Services
Connectivity and hosting for banks, mobile money operators and payment processors, sized for a settlement clock rather than for email.
- The failure that matters
- A settlement window missed, or records held outside the jurisdiction
- What we bring
- In-country hosting and committed paths with a diversity story you can verify
Operators & ISPs
Wholesale capacity, backhaul and colocation bought directly from the landing station rather than through an intermediary.
- The failure that matters
- A cable cut that turns out to share a path with your “diverse” route
- What we bring
- Four submarine systems and a diversity story you can verify
Government & Public Sector
Ministry connectivity and sovereign hosting, with the compliance position documented rather than asserted.
- The failure that matters
- Citizen data sitting somewhere you cannot point to on a map
- What we bring
- In-country hosting and a residency position you can put in writing
Humanitarian & Development
Field connectivity that deploys in days, and observation data for drought, flood and displacement response.
- The failure that matters
- Arriving somewhere with no way to report, coordinate or pay
- What we bring
- Rapid satellite deployment plus EO analysis of the same area
Broadcast & Media
Contribution and distribution paths over satellite and fibre, sized for live output rather than best effort.
- The failure that matters
- Dead air, at the one moment the audience is actually watching
- What we bring
- Committed capacity and a satellite path that is genuinely separate
“Naming the outage you cannot absorb is the whole of the design work. Everything after it is procurement.
How we scope every engagement
Three things every one of them asks us for
One company for the whole path
Landing station, backbone, teleport and data centre are all ours. There is no point in the chain where the answer becomes “that is the other provider”.
Engineers in the same city
Restoration does not wait on a flight, a visa or a regional hub’s office hours. The people who fix it live where the equipment is.
Dates you can plan against
Every service comes with a delivery date and a service level in writing. Where capacity is still being commissioned, its in-service date goes into the contract — so your programme plans against a commitment, not an assumption.
Tell us what cannot go down
Describe the operation and what failure looks like for it. We will come back with a design and a delivery date, or say plainly that we are not the right party for it.
