A circuit is easy. Keeping it up is the product.
Managed connectivity for offices, compounds, branches and sites — on protected rings where the fibre reaches, on our own teleport where it does not, and with the engineers who will fix it living in the same city as the fault.
Most requirements are one of these
Which one you need is usually decided by what happens to the organisation when the site is offline for four hours, not by the bandwidth number in the specification.
One site, one path
A single office on a single circuit. Appropriate when a few hours offline is an irritation rather than an incident — and it should be priced and described that way instead of being sold as something it is not.
Discuss a site →- Delivered on metro fibre where available
- Monitored, with an agreed response time
- Honest about what a single path means
Several sites, one network
Offices, branches, compounds and warehouses joined as one private network, with internet breakout where you want it rather than at every location. Protected metro rings mean a break in one direction does not isolate a site.
How the rings work →- Private connectivity between your own locations
- Central or distributed internet breakout
- Consistent policy and monitoring across sites
Sites that cannot go down
Two genuinely independent paths: fibre as primary, our own satellite as secondary. Not a second fibre in the same trench, and not a backup that shares a landing station with the primary — which is the failure mode that catches most people out.
Satellite as a backup path →- Fibre primary, satellite secondary, one supplier
- Automatic failover, tested rather than assumed
- The physical separation documented, not asserted
Four kinds of organisation, one requirement
All four are buying the same thing in the end: somebody who will answer the phone and can actually do something once they have.
Banks & financial institutions
Branches and agent networks where a missed settlement window costs more than the circuit does in a year.
Ministries & agencies
Government sites that need to reach each other and the systems hosted in country, on paths that can be documented.
NGOs & missions
Country offices and sub-offices, often with a residency condition attached to the data they carry.
Multi-site businesses
Logistics, trading, healthcare and education groups running one network across several compounds.
Send the addresses. We will tell you what reaches them.
We will come back with what is already on ring, what needs a build and what that takes, and where satellite is the more honest answer for a location.
